[Aventurine watches as the movers bring his new statue into his garden. He recently bought a new house with a garden and it seemed a shame to keep it empty like it was. He'll figure out if he wants a statue or not later, but this one was decently priced for the quality and he is never going to say no to art of a pretty man where he can see it.

As the statue is placed down, Aventurine notices an odd device stuck on the back.]

[He takes Aventurine's hand as they go down to the kitchen, only reluctantly letting go when they get there.]

[Aventurine laughs a little and heads into the kitchen.]

I'm thinking omelettes, bacon, and pancakes? A nice spread of flavors and textures.

[And he'll sit down to watch and wait.]

[As he hooks, Aventurine also makes a pot of coffee and some tea. He brings a small cup of each to Veritas so he can try one and figure out which he likes best.]

We'll need to go buy you clothes, later.

[He seems a little more inclined towards the tea, but he does enjoy both.]

[They get home and Veritas goes to put his new wardrobe away while Aventurine goes to put in the order for pizza.

When he comes back downstairs, it's in a couple of the things they've bought--a sleeveless turtleneck and some incredibly comfy pants.]

[Aventurine is slightly distracted from where he's in the kitchen getting out soda for Veritas to try. He knew the man was attractive and that he was very attached to Veritas, but all of this is just...

Goddess. He's a disaster.]

[He sits down, reaching out for Aventurine a bit.]

[He settles down with the soda, cuddling close as soon as he can.]
