[Aventurine used to be a favorite of the International Private Trade Company (IPC for short). He was young, clever, and very charming and therefore made them so much money in trade agreements.

So when he set fire to their head office and ran off with his sister and the rest of the thought lost Avgin armada, it was a little surprising. That's on them, though, as he never hid his hatred for some of the higher ups in the Company.

Now Kakavasha--or Captain Vasha--heads the Armada with it's flagship the Stoneheart, a notorious pirate who sails the seas and actively hunts the IPC ships. It's a dangerous life, but he loves it.]

[As does Vasha, smiling a little.]

[He tilts his head just a bit to press a gentle, sweet kiss to Vasha's lips.]

[Vasha returns the kiss with a smile.]

Again?

Gladly.

[Another gentle, sweet kiss, this one a bit more lingering than the last. Veritas's hand moves from Vasha's hair to cup his cheek instead.]

[They part and Vasha smiles, a little dopey.]

You're a good kisser.

Hmm. I think I could still use some practice.

[VERITAS.]

Well, I'm right here, if you want to practice~?

[Another kiss.

... It really is a shame it's daytime. Night would be... quite romantic, he thinks.]

Am I? I was about to say the same thing about you. You're gorgeous, Veritas.

You are, yes.

[He presses his forehead to Vasha's.]

[Vasha smiles and closes his eyes.]

No, you are. Captain says.

[He laughs a little.]

There's nothing saying it can't apply to both of us.

Oh, you're so smart~

[A kiss.]

[A kiss happily returned.]

Here, allow me to take care of you.

[They are here to bathe, after all, and this is part of how he shows his love--]

Oh? Alright.

[He smiles and pulls back, eager to see how Veritas does this. Vasha's always been a gifts and cuddles type of person, when it comes to affection, so this will be nice.]

[Veritas reaches for the soaps and starts carefully, almost reverently, washing Vasha.

He feels an urge to hum as he does, but he resists the temptation.]

[And Vasha just smiles, melting into the touch.]

So gentle...

[Veritas smiles, pressing a kiss to Vasha's temple.]

[As Veritas tends to Vasha, the pirate captain finds himself relaxing perhaps a little bit too much until he's half-asleep in Veritas's arms. This is, frankly, heaven for him.]

[It's honestly very cute.

Veritas kisses his temple again.]

I'm almost done. Just your hair left.

Mhm. Take y'time...

[He is so sleepy. Let him be sleepy, Veritas.]

[He chuckles as he starts (carefully) getting Vasha's hair wet.]
