It's late right now, and Ratio's minding his own business, as he does. Probably not going to bed terribly soon anyway.

He mews. Hungry now please.]

[He smiles, scooping Kakavasha up and standing. He'll set Kakavasha down on his shoulder once he stands and heads for the kitchen.

He keeps cat-safe cooked chicken on hand now (with a tiny bit of salt, having relented just a little), so he'll heat some of that up so Kakavasha can eat.

(And get some water for him, too.)]

[His boyfriend loves him~

Kakavasha is quickly appeased by chicken and water, at least, and he's soon back up on Veritas's shoulder. It's his favorite spot when he's like this.]

[Honestly, Veritas enjoys having him right there, too. He'll head into the living room, sitting on the sofa and turning the TV on. The laser pointer is sitting right next to the remote...

He glances at Kakavasha. Does he want to play or does he want to rest some more?]

He bats at the laser pointer. A little play might nice!]

[He smiles and nods as he picks up the laser pointer. Playtime it is! Clicking on the laser pointer and aiming it at the floor, then--]

[FURIOUS POUNCING AND CHASING GO

He absolutely ends up tail over top at some point from the excitement, but it's fine.]

[And Veritas just laughs as he watches. Once Kakavasha's gotten tired, he'll click the laser pointer off and go over, picking him up.]

[He yawns, curling up in Veritas's arms. He's done now. Naptime.]

[He smiles fondly, pressing a kiss to Kakavasha's head as he goes over to the sofa and eases himself down.

... Rather than on his lap, Veritas will put Kakavasha down on his chest.]

[Oh, perfect. He meows, pleased, and settles down on Veritas's chest. A perfect kitty bed.]
