[Aventurine used to be a favorite of the International Private Trade Company (IPC for short). He was young, clever, and very charming and therefore made them so much money in trade agreements.

So when he set fire to their head office and ran off with his sister and the rest of the thought lost Avgin armada, it was a little surprising. That's on them, though, as he never hid his hatred for some of the higher ups in the Company.

Now Kakavasha--or Captain Vasha--heads the Armada with it's flagship the Stoneheart, a notorious pirate who sails the seas and actively hunts the IPC ships. It's a dangerous life, but he loves it.]

To hell with it, it's only the two of them anyway and it's not like he minds Vasha looking or anything.

He'll go ahead and strip without bothering to duck behind the changing screen, and then join Vasha in the water.]

[Listen. He'd be a hypocrite if he got irritated with Vasha for ogling when he absolutely did the same earlier.]

Very. [He closes his eyes and lets out a content sigh... but promptly cracks one eye open to glance over at Vasha.]

[Vasha, who is trying to be sneaky and look at Veritas in the springs. He's so pretty and Vasha is weak.]

[Veritas smiles, reaching over to play with Vasha's hair a little.]

[Oh he got caught.

And isn't getting scolded?

Vasha blinks, stunned, before he moves a little closer.]

[Veritas's smile is almost shy as he continues.]

... your hair's rather soft. It's nice.

It's the soaps I use. My one luxury, on the sea.

Well, that and my dice set.

[Feeling slightly emboldened by Vasha moving closer, Veritas... gently, carefully brushes his fingers through Vasha's bangs.]

I can hardly blame you in regards to the soaps. I imagine I'll be similar in that regard, myself.

[Because... yeah. He definitely wants to stay as close to Vasha as possible.]

[Oh. He leans into that touch with a smile.]

[He smiles, moving a bit closer.]

[Unthinkingly, he leans in, just a little.]

[He tilts his head just a bit to press a gentle, sweet kiss to Vasha's lips.]

[Vasha returns the kiss with a smile.]

[Another gentle, sweet kiss, this one a bit more lingering than the last. Veritas's hand moves from Vasha's hair to cup his cheek instead.]

[They part and Vasha smiles, a little dopey.]
