[On the surface, it seemed like a simple task. From the information Wing had been given, this Aventurine guy was root of his client's troubles, so the plan was to get in good with him and find the right leverage to bring him down.

This casino's a pretty high-class place, so he's dressed nicer than usual, and a touch of magic smooths away scars and signs of sleepless nights handily.

Give me your contact info, and I'll send you some lists. Now, before we get to my floor--I'm not actually interested in doing anything tonight. I usually like my dates to be a little more involved first. But you are welcome to stay, if it'll help your story to Sunday.

[He'll pull his phone out so that can be ready for that.]

If it won't be too much trouble, I'll stick around. I told Sunday to not expect results for a few days, but I might as well make the story for the progress update believable. I'll just use tonight to plan some things.

[A beat.]

[Aventurine pulls out his so he can plug in the information.]

Well, if you're offering~ Dinner once you scare Sunday off?

I like the sound of that.

[And so he gets to work.

It doesn't take terribly long before Sunday's been scared off, with a warning that the next time Wing's crossed, he won't be so nice.

It's just some public humiliation, an arrest, and money going to where it could only help.

Wing's sure Aventurine will see it on the news. He'll wait for Aventurine to contact him first.]

[Yeah, he sees it, and he just sends Wing a cheering gif as a first contact.]

[Oh, that's... cute? That's cute. Immediately, he sends a sticker with a dragon and hearts back before adding--]

I take it the results are to your satisfaction?

You got his men ARRESTED. It's impressive. Not even I've managed that.

A few of the right people and things in the right places can work wonders~ Just takes a little careful maneuvering, that's all. n_n

Still impressive. And I heard you helped out some of the people I mentioned. You do good, Wing.

It was the least I could do.

[Some of those people will be set for a long time, thanks to him, but he's not the sort to brag about that sort of thing.]

[And he'll send over the details--it's a nice place that isn't too fancy, but certainly a bit on the classier end.

Oh, I love that place. I usually just get it delivered, though. How fancy is it, would you say?

It's a bit more on the lower-key end, I've found. Still a pretty classy place and all, but the atmosphere's a little more relaxed.

[Aventurine sends a "see you then" and settles in to finish work. He has some assets to reclaim, since those who held them are now in prison for the foreseeable future.

The week passes and Aventurine offers to send a car to pick Wing up, but either way he'll be waiting at the restaurant for his date. He's not nearly as extravagantly dressed as he was at the casino, but he does have on the top with the spade shaped boob window. His coat is much tamer, at least.]

[Wing's own outfit is fairly simple, all things considered, just made a bit more fancy with some of his nicer jewelry.

And also he opted to wear heels this time.

He's all smiles when he spots Aventurine, hurrying over.]
