Cascada: A hamon wielder who resides on Air Supplena Island. She largely isn't involved with Joseph and Caesar's training, since her focus is on the healing side of the practice. Looks up to Lisa Lisa a great deal, and treats the boys like they're her rowdy little brothers.

Zappa, Turner, Joplin, & Garcia: A quartet of Stand-users who work for the Speedwagon Foundation.

Lucrezia Stelline, Sara Canestrelli, & Natale Amaretto: A trio of back-alley doctors who work at a clinic in Naples affiliated with Passione. All three have Stands.

Lia Brooks: An American sixteen year old stuck in Italy after a vacation gone horribly wrong. Shot by some assholes, saved by Bucciarati, subsequently joined Passione and his team. Stand name is Astral Romance, which grants her some batshit durability and also shoot-em-up mechanics via flower petals.

Prompto Argentum: Another child of Dio's, he and Bucciarati meet when Bucciarati stumbles into his hideaway after a fight. Stand name is Paparazzi, a Stand that looks like a camera that allows Prompto to affect anyone shown in the picture.

"Nines": A teenager of unknown origin who seems to be anywhere and everywhere at once. Formerly a member of a group of twisted Stand users, recently left this group to wander around and learn what he can on his own. Stand name is Puppet Loosely Strung, which allows him to take over another person's actions for a time; however, the longer he stays in the more psychic backlash he feels when he leaves, and if he is in for too long, he risks losing himself.

Yuu: A transfer student who attended Giorno's school up until being stabbed by Black Sabbath's Stand arrow, and is then left with little choice but to join Passione. Stand name is Jar of Hearts, which allows for the collection and storage of others' injuries, thus healing them. These injuries cannot be stored indefinitely and have to be inflicted on something or someone within a certain amount of time or else Yuu will take the brunt of the damage themself. Has a sub-Stand ability called Heartbreaker, allowing for Yuu to weaponize their own physical and emotional pain.

Oh, well, if it turns out that you would rather just be with Caesar and not me, I would still marry one of you so it looks respectable! It wouldn't bother me at all. [She smiles.] I just want the men I love to be happy.

[And Joseph, still confused, starts to tear up at that.]

I'm still so lost. But...thank you?

Like I said, we can save the serious talk for when you won't need to be on quite so powerful painkillers, Jojo.

[He squeezes Joseph's hand.]

... But I did want to explain, at least.

[He laughs a little.]

Can I sleep now?

Of course, Jojo. Get some rest.

You both better be here when I wake up.

[Suzi giggles and promises as Joseph dozes off.

He spends the next few days in and out of sleep. Each time he wakes up, one or both of his partners(?) are there, keeping him company or tending to him as necessary. Soon enough, he's able to stay awake for the whole day and they're able to start talking about fitting him with a prosthetic.

It also means he's awake and aware enough to finally ask Caesar, one morning when Suzi Q is out shopping:]

So. The two of you?

[It's almost impossible to pry Caesar from Joseph's side the next few days--and Caesar recovers, too.]

Before you woke up, Suzi and I talked a lot. You were a frequent topic. And, well... we both realized we loved you.

While also loving each other, yes? I didn't misunderstand that?

[Joseph is quiet for a moment before he pulls Caesar's hand to his lips, pressing a kiss to the knuckles.]

Suzi already knows I'm fond of her--it might be love, there wasn't a lot of time to explore that. [It's probably love, in a way.] But I didn't know I loved you until I thought you died, Caesar.

... to tell you the truth, I only realized I loved you when I thought I was going to die--that's... that's why I made sure I could get the antidote for you.

[So not telling Caesar he didn't drink it out of a sense of honor, got it.]

I appreciated it, even if I was furious at you for dying. Or nearly dying, I guess. Never do that again, Caesar. Got that?

[YEAH PLEASE DON'T TELL HIM THAT, HE WILL YELL AT YOU, JOSEPH]

I won't, Jojo. I promise. But you have to promise the same thing, alright?

Unless Dio himself comes back from the dead, I won't have any reason to even get close to dying before my time.

Especially not if I have you around. You and Suzi both'll keep me alive.

[... Caesar is perhaps slightly concerned Joseph may be jinxing something talking about Dio like that, but he's not going to comment. Let's not potentially jinx anything further.]

[He is absolutely jinxing that, enjoy getting a Stand in a few decades boys.]

I love you, Caesar. When I can leave this bed, I want to take you and Suzi out somewhere.

Out to lunch, certainly, and then to a show maybe. Or shopping, or literally anything the two of you want.
